Domestic Shipping Policy

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders are shipped within 7 business days unless it is a custom or large order. We will contact you for an estimated date of delivery.
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
  • If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
  • Our standard rate of shipping is $8.00 for the first item and $2.00 each additional item. Free shipping is offered for orders above $50.00.
  • All items are sent via USPS Priority Mail.
  • We ship to address within the US, US Territories, and PO Boxes.
  • We currently do not ship outside the US.
  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
  • Everything But Glitter is not responsible for items lost or stolen during shipping. In certain conditions, we may remake items and resend.

 

Your Order Cancellation Rights

  • You can cancel order within 3 days of the initial order prior to shipping.
  • The deadline for cancelling an order is 2 days once delivered.

  • We will reimburse no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned items. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order. There are no cancellation fees.

 

Conditions for Returns

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The items are in the original packaging, unused and unwashed, with tags still on the item.
  • Items are mailed within 3 days of the receipt of the return shipping label.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Items which are not suitable for return due to sanitary reasons, such as tag blankets, and were unsealed after delivery.
  • Items which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

  • We will provide you a shipping label after we receive your request for a qualified return. All returns must be mailed within 3 days of the receipt of the shipping label.
